Please be advised that Requested Delivery Dates are not final. The P.R. Russell team will always try to deliver when requested. If we are unable to deliver on you Requested Delivery Date, you will be notified via email.

Full Truck Load: 18-20 pallets per load depending on product weight.

Half Truck Load: 9 Pallet Minimum on all Flatbed Loads. Less than truckload (LTL) will be charged a $75 LTL Fee. LTL are subject to a delivery match. If we cannot find a suitable match, additional delivery fees may apply.

A $100 per hour Wait Fee will be applied if trucks are not unloaded upon delivery location. Trucks do not carry pallet jacks. Please be sure to have the equipment and manpower to unload your order in a timely fashion. Pallet weights can be in excess of 3,000 lbs. per pallet.

If you are not approved for Charge Account order will be considered COD.

Please note that in order to be tax exempt P.R. Russell must have your resale certificate in hand.
